I am a Graphic Artist/Special Projects Coordinator in Central Florida. Some of my responsibilities include managing all department media and graphics ranging from publications, photography, logo design and graphics, to web design and content management. I am originally from Upstate New York, but I became a Florida transplant in 1987 after a visit to Florida. I fell in love with the sun, surf, and sand and I have been here ever since. I graduated from Brevard Community College with my Associates Degree in Graphic Design and Technology, and I am currently perusing my Bachelor of Science in Information Technology and Web Development at Kaplan University. Upon graduation, I hope to advance my career within the IT and web development field. Eventually I would like to find a web design career that allows me to telecommute from home, or build my own free lance design business.

I was a single mother for many years while earning my Associates Degree, until I married my husband in 2008. My hobbies are drawing/art/graphics, hiking, reading, kayaking, beach/water activities, gardening, cooking, watching football, soccer, movies, keeping active/exercise, spending time with her family, and traveling.

I also volunteer for various activities ranging from school functions to youth sports, including serving as a volunteer assistant coach for little league and soccer, and as a coach my son's school Robotics Team.
